Overview

Rebel Girls is an app designed for young girls to be introduced to stories of inspiring women from around the world. When the user opens the app, they simply scroll through the list of available stories and then select one that they would like to listen to. The app then plays an audio recording of the story, usually 10-15 minutes in length. The app also allows the user to favorite stories that they like and keep them saved together for future listening.

Rebel Girls also features a nighttime mode where users can select stories of women from around the world told in a soothing voice with ambient music. These are meant to help the user relax, listen to a story, and prepare for sleep. The user can also select from a variety of ambient soundscapes, ranging from rainfall to Australian outback noise.

Rebel Girls requires a subscription to the app in order to unlock all of its features. A free trial is available.
