Go Noodle is an app/website that hosts a wide variety of videos and activities aimed at children ages four through ten. The videos aim to help children build up their flexibility and self-awareness skills while also getting them to combine screen time with fun physical activities like dancing. For users of the website version of Go Noodle, downloadable and printable activities can be used to follow up with activities. Vamos, a video channel, provides some of the site’s activities for a Spanish-speaking audience.

When the user enters the site or clicks on the app, they see a variety of content to choose from. The user can search by topic, by video channel, or even by prompt, such as “Show me something silly” or “Show me something quiet.” The site will then select relevant content for the child based on what they selected. Each video is designed to engage children in a way that adds value to screen time. The site’s catchy songs will get children excited, encourage singing along, and promote a healthy lifestyle filled with play-based physical activity. The site also features activities centering around self-awareness skills, such as breathing exercises, yoga poses, and positive self-affirmations.
